School Speech Language Pathologist - Bristow, VA

What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Ability to support and adapt services for a diverse student caseload, including autism classrooms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Comfortable working in-person and as part of a collaborative educational team
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized or small group therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and related services personnel
- Serve as a resource and advocate for communication supports
- Maintain compliance and documentation aligned with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Compensation for this role ranges from $45–$52+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
