Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students with varied needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K-12 students participating in ESY
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Adjust intervention strategies to address student needs in a supportive, inclusive environment
