Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, IL

Essential Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure from the IDFPR
- ISBE Professional Educator License, as required for Illinois school-based SLPs
- SLP-CCC or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are welcome
- Experience in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Comfort working with students in self-contained autism classrooms, Early Childhood to 5th grade
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop tailored intervention plans based on IEP goals and student assessments
- Collaborate with special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Participate in the preparation and execution of IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reports
- Uphold professional and ethical standards appropriate for a school environment
