Pediatric Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Dayton, Nevada
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an educational setting located in Dayton, Nevada. This on-site role focuses on providing specialized pediatric speech and language services to support students' communication development and academic success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to support plans for students
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification/license with pediatric experience, preferably in school settings
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and school staff
- Ability to travel for assignments if needed
