Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Trenton, New Jersey

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure progress
- Collaborate with teachers, other school professionals, and families to support generalization of skills across school environments
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and reach their goals
