School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bothell, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Active Washington SLP license and appropriate certification
- Prior experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessments, and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in diverse, collaborative environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted therapy plans for students in need of speech and language support
- Deliver direct, in-person interventions to K-12 students, both in individual sessions and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to align strategies and maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to the ongoing evaluation of student needs
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit remote or in-person delivery if required
