Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience providing speech/language therapy and assessments in a K–12 school setting
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
- Use evidence-based practices to support students’ academic and social success
- Provide resources and education for staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills
- Contribute positively to the school community and support district goals for student development
