Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bonifay, FL

Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Florida SLP license
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families

- Creative, flexible approach to therapy and goal setting
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and providing speech-language therapy to students whose ages and caseload details will be determined upon assignment
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP reviews as needed
- Serving as a supportive resource for families and school staff regarding speech and language development and interventions
- Managing a schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the regular school year
