Qualifications & Experience
- Current Illinois Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Endorsement
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with teletherapy or healthcare SLP settings is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Deliver therapy sessions, track student progress, and document outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional guidance on speech and language matters
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and adapt best practices
