Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bolingbrook, Illinois

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in hand (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible or current state licensure as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver services to early learners in an engaging, collaborative team setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate progress and recommendations effectively to families and staff
