Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in school settings or with adolescent populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Willingness to provide evidence-based interventions and comprehensive assessments
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language, voice, and fluency assessments for students across two school sites
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's learning goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and document progress toward student objectives
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
