Qualifications:
- Current ASHA certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid (or eligible) Alabama SLP license
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a diverse student population and multidisciplinary teams
Role Overview:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement targeted IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and school staff

- Consult with families, educators, and other professionals to maximize therapy effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning outcomes
