Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology completed (SLP-CF considered, but CCCs strongly preferred)
- Current Nevada Department of Education (DOE) certification
- Valid Nevada SLP License
- Ability to work full-time on-site (remote and hybrid work are not options for this position)
- Capacity to support varying caseloads and age groups, adapting to each assignment’s unique needs
- Bilingual skills are valued but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language interventions to students across multiple schools, with assignments and caseloads determined by district needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop targeted therapy plans, and deliver engaging sessions to support student achievement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to address communication challenges
- Complete all required reporting, progress monitoring, and documentation in line with school district policies
- Participate in district-coordinated credentialing processes, including fingerprinting and DOE certification post-offer
