School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Blue Diamond, Nevada
Step into an exciting, impactful role working full-time as a Speech-Language Pathologist across school campuses in the Las Vegas area. This contract assignment is tailored for those who thrive on collaborating with educators and students in person—remote and hybrid work are not part of this opportunity. Assignments may vary in number of campuses and student caseloads, offering a dynamic work environment serving children and young adults with diverse needs.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule, running from July 29, 2026, through May 21, 2027
- Direct, on-site engagement in school settings—no VOCO or hybrid arrangements
- Caseload, age groups, and locations will be determined per assignment, offering variety in your daily work
- School district conducts timely interviews and onboarding for smooth transitions
- Multiple openings available for qualified candidates
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellowship (CFs) are considered; CCCs are strongly preferred
- Active Nevada Department of Education certification
- Active Nevada SLP license
- Bilingual proficiency is highly valued
- Immediate full-time availability (part-time not accepted)
- Commitment to working exclusively on-site with students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across assigned schools
- Assess and develop intervention plans tailored to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of educators and support staff
- Maintain clear communication with families and administration
- Complete required documentation and participate in meetings as part of the IEP process
