Key Qualifications:
- Active Alabama SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-age students, adapting approaches to meet individual needs
- Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and possibly serve one or two additional schools depending on final caseload numbers
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and contribute to an inclusive educational environment
- Assess student abilities, set goals, and deliver engaging therapy sessions
