Qualifications:
- Active Alabama SLP License required
- ALSDE SLP Certification mandatory
- SLP-CCC certification preferred
- Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop IEP goals
- Manage a caseload (number of students to be determined)
- Complete documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver services across one or two schools if required
