Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology license (TN SLP License) is required
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or desire to work in a school-based setting with a range of ages from preschool through high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with varying needs across PreK-12 grade levels
- Develop therapy plans tailored to individual student IEPs, monitor progress, and document outcomes
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team collaborations
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other therapists to ensure consistent support for students
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
