Enjoy engaging with a caseload of approximately 60 students at locations such as Burkett Preschool, Hueytown Primary, Lipscomb Elementary, Hueytown Middle, Pinson Valley High School, and other area campuses. This full-time onsite role spans from early August through the end of May, offering the opportunity to make a significant difference throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLP licensure (CCC or CF) for practice in Alabama
- Active SLP Educator certification in Alabama (verification required)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from varied backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform intervention planning
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Document session notes, progress reports, and student data accurately and promptly
- Rotate across multiple campuses while managing an organized caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent consultations, and school-based events as necessary
