Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or willing to obtain NM RLD and NMPED licenses
- Open to licensed SLPs and those pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and data collection
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population across age ranges
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings
- Document progress, maintain student records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with classroom teachers, families, and other support staff
