Morgan County Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students in a supportive educational environment. We are looking for a skilled clinician who is committed to helping students achieve communication success and academic growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress
- Support students with a variety of communication disorders and speech-language needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or certification
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
