Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY) accepted
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain certification in California
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working across diverse student populations and grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s goals
- Maintain documentation and progress reports according to school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
For this role, compensation ranges from $60–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
