Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Provide input for student evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
- If supervising, guide and mentor SLPAs in daily responsibilities
