- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

- Experience serving school-aged children in K-12 settings preferred
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students across age and ability levels
- Maintain clear and timely progress notes and required documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related services providers to maximize student success
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and case conferences
