Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and related documentation
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-12 students
  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy tailored to diverse student needs
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Monitor, assess, and document student growth; maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards
