Desired Qualifications:
- Active state SLP license required
- Prior experience in K-12 settings preferred, though passionate new graduates will be considered
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and compliance documentation
- Technical comfort with digital record-keeping and virtual platforms (if working remotely)
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain required records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights to support student learning
