What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license issued by the state of Washington
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and families in a diverse K-12 setting
- Organizational skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely records
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure holistic student support
