Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Belfast, ME

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student educational planning
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology
- Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
