Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state of Washington
- Experience with early childhood caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide progress reports and adjust therapy as needed
- Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations
