Position Responsibilities
Provide speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services in accordance with IEPs.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding communication goals.
Support students with a variety of speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Indiana Department of Education certification (or eligibility) for school-based practice, if required.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered depending on district needs.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
