This role offers a full-time schedule of approximately 7.5 hours per day, totaling 35-37.5 hours each week, allowing for consistency and strong connections with your caseload.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) also considered for candidates working towards certification
- Valid state licensure as required
- Experience in early childhood or PreK populations is a plus
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- SLPA credentials are not being considered for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized speech and language therapy to PreK students
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Provide education and resources to school staff and parents
