School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Edison, California

What you’ll bring:
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Proficient with the SIRAS IEP system (preferred, or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to case management duties, including developing and implementing IEPs
- Ability to support and mentor Clinical Fellows (CFY welcome and encouraged)
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, positive learning experiences
What you’ll do:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students with mild to moderate communication differences
- Manage case files and document services in alignment with IEP requirements using SIRAS
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support students’ educational journeys
- Deliver services onsite and participate in required meetings and team planning
- Support Clinical Fellows with supervision and professional development as needed
