In this role, you’ll deliver essential speech and language support, spending three days each week at one location and two days at another, focusing on preschool-aged students. Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school settings, especially with pediatric and preschool populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and intervention planning
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet each student’s needs across different age levels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students across multiple school sites, focusing on both older children and preschoolers
