Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Washington
- Experience working with preschool and elementary populations; familiarity with middle/high school students welcome
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, primarily at the preschool and elementary level, with some older students as assigned
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student learning
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records consistent with school district and regulatory standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
