What you’ll bring:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Comfort working with elementary populations, with flexibility to support other age groups as needed
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Excellent organization and adaptability to manage a 37.5-hour workweek

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility and plan interventions
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and document services according to district and legal standards
  • Communicate openly with families and staff to maximize student success
  • Support students at multiple grade levels as needed during this period of multiple leaves
