Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for 3K to 3rd-grade students
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for a caseload of 16 students from early childhood through third grade
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to support each student’s communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Document and report on student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide resources and strategies to staff and families to help students achieve communication goals
Position Details & Schedule:
- Part-time contract position
- 2 days per week, preferably Mondays and Wednesdays
- Serve students across grades 3K through 3rd
