Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress for a caseload of 16 students
- Provide direct therapy services with evidence-based interventions, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings regarding student needs and services
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

- 2 days per week (preferably Monday and Wednesday)
- Work directly with students ages 3K through 3rd grade
