Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services, including student assessments, evaluations, and goal-driven interventions for K–12 students
- Manage caseloads across multiple school sites with meticulous documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Fulfill administrative tasks and attend team meetings, with paid time provided for indirect work
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience with school-based and/or pediatric caseloads; teletherapy background a plus
- Successful background check and fingerprinting required before starting
- CFY candidates are not eligible, as clinical supervision is unavailable for this assignment
