Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a School Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and administrators, to support students’ success.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies.
  • Support and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFY), facilitating their professional development.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of education plans for students with communication needs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Current state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure as required.
  • Experience or comfort working with a varied K-12 population.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with supervision, mentorship, or supporting entry-level clinicians (SLPA/CFY) is a plus.
