Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
- Proven experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication services in an onsite, full-time capacity
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and family members to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Provide support in meetings, interventions, and professional development as needed
