Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Possess an active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license
- Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience with school-age children or a strong desire to work in pediatric and educational settings
- Ability to support diverse learners; bilingual Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to K-12 students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ communication needs in academic and social settings
- Partner with families, educators, and administrators to support each learner’s growth and achievement
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
