This full-time contract offers an engaging opportunity for skilled bilingual (Spanish & English) SLPs to enrich the academic and social experiences of students across multiple school sites.

Assignment Details:

  • Contract spans the full 2026–2027 academic year (August 27, 2026 – June 16, 2027)
  • Standard school hours, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours daily)
  • Caseload, age groups, and school assignments vary and are thoughtfully paired to achieve a balanced full-time schedule

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement
  • Valid Illinois SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) necessary
  • Professional experience in K–12 school settings preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English highly valued
  • Ability to travel onsite to multiple campuses as assigned
  • Strong teamwork, time-management, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy sessions and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain detailed documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
