Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, or SLPAs welcome
- Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students, is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize student success
- Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation per school and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive, student-centered care
- Support a culturally responsive learning environment for all students
Assignment Details:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload will be determined upon assignment
- Contract period: August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027
- Open to SLPs (CCC & CFY) and SLPAs
