School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, CO

This full-time, on-site position supports local schools with a flexible caseload, working closely with a diverse student population across varying assignments.

The district encourages participation in professional development and provides a supportive onboarding process for new contributors—including supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFs). You will play a vital role in helping children succeed academically and communicate confidently.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Colorado Department of Education Certification required
- Current Colorado SLP license needed
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with available supervision
- Must complete district-required background checks and fingerprinting
- Availability for onsite work only (no virtual or teletherapy roles)
- Not available to SLPA candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students (caseloads between 25–45)
- Complete assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student development
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Attend and be compensated for district professional development days
