Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor and report on student achievements and adjust goals as needed
