Speech Therapist in Aurora, CO

Desired Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Department of Education certification
- Active Colorado SLP License
- Recent background check and fingerprints (district-specific requirement)
- Experience working in a school setting preferred; supervision available for Clinical Fellows
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering student progress in speech, language, and communication
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K–12 students on-site
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and regularly monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district standards
- Participate and contribute during professional development sessions as part of your contracted hours
