Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Auburn, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC or eligible for CFY)
- Experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in healthcare-related SLP assessment and intervention
- Previous teletherapy experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning styles
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for preschool-age students
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff on student progress and intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
