Bring your expertise and dedication to a dynamic school setting near Decatur, Georgia, as one of three Speech-Language Pathologists needed for the 2026–2027 school year. This contract opportunity welcomes both SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence and Clinical Fellows who are ready to launch their careers. Candidates available full-time are preferred, but those able to work 3 to 4 full days per week will also be considered.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP license and GaPSC school credentials required
- Clinical Fellowship applicants and experienced SLPs with CCC encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
