Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families

Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and support students with speech, language, and communication needs within the elementary school setting
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on student needs and IEP requirements
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Communicate clearly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
