This full-time, onsite contract position is based near Arvada, CO, just outside Denver, at a welcoming educational setting that values your expertise and commitment to student growth.

Use your specialized training to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in a supportive K-12 environment. Work closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster an inclusive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY applicants encouraged to apply)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
  • Experience in pediatric or school healthcare settings strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP process and experience developing educational-based treatment plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans for individuals and groups
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and document progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with district and professional guidelines
  • Deliver therapy in-person throughout the school day (onsite only; teletherapy is not offered)
