Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active CDE license required before starting
- Bilingual Spanish skills are essential to address the diverse needs of students and families
- SLP-CCC certification with school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable traveling across multiple school locations as an itinerant provider
- Previous experience in school settings is a plus; enthusiasm for mentoring and supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcomed
- Onsite work is required; remote or hybrid options are not available
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and comprehensive evaluations in accordance with IEPs and school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Develop innovative and individualized therapy plans supporting both academic and communication goals
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse students, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and effectiveness
