Exciting opportunity for experienced Speech Language Pathologists to make an impact as part of a supportive school environment in the Arlington, TX area. We are seeking two onsite contract professionals to join a dynamic district serving students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Assignments are district-wide, with specific caseloads determined based on need. The district values collaborative work and would prefer SLPs who are willing to supervise SLPAs onsite.
This contract runs from ASAP through May 26, 2027, providing the chance for a stable, rewarding experience over multiple school years. You will be part of a respected educational team, supporting students’ growth in communication and academic skills.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Texas SLP License (CCC-SLP credential preferred)
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Ability and willingness to supervise SLPAs onsite
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations across K-12 settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess the speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on student progress and strategies
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs as assigned
- Maintain timely documentation and adhere to district/IEP procedures
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, goal setting, and ongoing interventions
